Navigating mental health care can be complex and overwhelming. Our practice offers a different approach through a monthly membership model. This allows us to focus on providing you with highly personalized, accessible, and comprehensive care without the limitations often imposed by traditional insurance-based practices.

What you can expect with a monthly membership

More time with your provider: Your appointments are never rushed. We schedule longer, unhurried sessions to ensure we have ample time to discuss your needs and develop a thorough treatment plan.

Month 1 ($250 savings):

— Psychiatric Evaluation (90 min)

— One 2-week follow-up appointment (45 min)

— Initial consultation with therapist (60 min)

Subsequent Months ($125 savings)

— One monthly Medication Management follow up appt (45 min)

— Two monthly therapy appointments (60 min)

Monthly Therapy Membership - no medication management ($125 savings)

— Three monthly therapy appointments (60 min)

Coordinated, personalized care: We take a holistic approach to your mental wellness, coordinating closely with our in-house therapists to create a seamless and integrated treatment plan.

This approach is ideal for those who prioritize a close, long-term relationship with their psychiatric provider, seamless access to care, and a highly personalized treatment experience. If you've been frustrated by the constraints of traditional mental health care, our membership model may offer the dedicated support you are looking for.

Auto-payment is required for a minimum of 6 months and is not reimbursed by any insurance.

When a monthly membership may not be the right fit

We understand that our monthly membership model is not for everyone. If any of the following apply to you, a traditional, fee-for-service option may be a better fit:

— $325/Psychiatric Evaluation (90 min)

— $150/Medication Management Follow-up (45 min)

— $100/Medication Management Follow-up (30 min)

— $75/Medication Management Follow-up (15 min): For clients deemed stable on treatment only requiring medication refills

— $150/Therapy Session (60 min)

— $125/Therapy Session (45 min)

— $75/Therapy Session (30 min)

You don’t need frequent appointments or immediate access: If you only need occasional check-ins for medication management or have a stable treatment plan, paying for a monthly membership might not be necessary.

You prefer paying as you go: You may prefer the straightforwardness of paying only for the services you use, rather than a recurring monthly fee.

Your needs are covered by insurance: Your existing health insurance plan may already provide adequate mental health coverage, allowing you to pay only a co-pay or deductible.

You are a new patient: You may not want to commit to a long-term membership before deciding if the practice is the right fit for you.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or are a “No-show,” you will be billed for the full appointment fee.

- If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still conclude at the original scheduled time. This is to ensure we can stay on schedule and provide all clients with their full, uninterrupted session. We appreciate your understanding.
